What To Eat allows users to create recipes using AI-driven tools. The Service may offer suggestions, generate ingredient lists, or propose cooking instructions based on user input.
All recipes generated by the AI or shared by users are for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee the safety, accuracy, or suitability of any recipe for specific dietary needs, allergies, or health conditions. Users assume full responsibility for verifying ingredient safety and preparation methods.
You agree to use the AI tools responsibly. Any content (including recipes, images, descriptions) created or shared through the Service must comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
You shall not:
Any use of the AI that results in harmful, dangerous, or inappropriate content—such as recipes promoting self-harm, consumption of hazardous materials, or explicit or hateful content—will be considered a violation of these Terms.
You retain any ownership rights you have in the content you upload or create ("User Content"). By uploading or creating content via the Service, you grant What To Eat a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and transferable license to host, store, use, display, reproduce, or modify your User Content solely for the purpose of operating, developing, and improving the Service.
You represent and warrant that:
We reserve the right, but do not have an obligation, to monitor or review all content submitted to or through the Service. We may remove or refuse any content that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable at our sole discretion.
We may, in our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that is harmful to other users, the AI system, or the Service.
Any user who abuses the AI feature, posts dangerous or inappropriate content, or otherwise violates our Acceptable Use Policy will have their account immediately suspended or terminated.
Upon termination, your right to access or use the Service will immediately cease. All licenses granted by you to us in relation to your User Content shall survive termination.
All content, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and other intellectual property rights in or associated with the Service, other than User Content, are owned by or licensed to What To Eat.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WHAT TO EAT AND ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES EVEN IF WHAT TO EAT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless What To Eat, its affiliates, and their respective directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
